I’m looking for a female-identifying occupant to take over my lease for the 2026–2027 school year in a brand new 2 bed / 2 bath apartment located about 5 minutes from UC Berkeley, near downtown. - Must be a female-identifying occupant - Private in-room bathroom, 1 roommate - Fully furnished apartment (dishwasher, stove, couch, storage, etc.) - Free in-unit washer & dryer - Access to gym, rooftop BBQ, and study rooms - Shared with 3 other girls - 2 housemates will be studying abroad in Fall 2026 — great option if friends studying abroad in Spring 2027! - Clean and welcoming housemates Rent: $1,375/month
 Utilities: Not included (excluding trash); typically $35–$65/month
